Porsche 718 GT4 / Boxster Spyder Valved Exhaust System

Titanium Rear Section F1 Race Headers OEM Valve Integration

Overview

The Porsche 718 GT4 and Boxster Spyder are outstanding drivers cars, but their factory exhaust note lacks the character and intensity enthusiasts expect. Valvetronic Designs changes that. Drawing from our development of the 992 GT3 RS and GT4 RS platforms, this valved exhaust system injects the high-pitch exotic tone Porsche purists cravetransforming the flat stock sound into something truly spine-tingling.

This system blends lightweight titanium craftsmanship, race-inspired headers, and OEM-level integration to deliver a raw, emotional sound without compromising drivability.

Key Components

Signature Titanium Rear Section

• Crafted from premium Grade 5 titanium for extreme weight savings and durability.

• Features a center X-pipe to balance pulses and create a smoother, sharper high-pitched tone.

• Delivers the exotic character reminiscent of Porsches naturally aspirated GT engines.

T304 Stainless Steel Over-Axle Pipes

• Built with integrated heat shielding to protect surrounding components.

• Maintains durability under extreme temperatures while improving exhaust flow.

Free Flow F1 Race Headers

• Equal-length T304 stainless design, tuned for sharper pitch and higher-frequency tones.

• Unlocks the raw, motorsport-inspired wail similar to the 981 GT4 and GT3 engines.

OEM Valve Integration

• Fully compatible with Porsches PSE button via factory vacuum lines.

• Operates seamlessly:

  • Valves Open: Maximum flow, aggressive tone, exotic high-pitch sound.

  • Valves Closed: Routed through quad-chamber mufflers for significantly reduced volume, ideal for long drives or discreet use.

• Optional standalone controller included for independent valve control.

Why Upgrade?

From the factory, the 718 GT4 and Spyder sound muted and flat. Our system transforms the experience, pulling inspiration from Porsches greatest engines to create a soundtrack worthy of the chassis.

• Aggressive & Emotional: High-pitched notes reminiscent of a GT3.

• Daily Driveable: Docile when valves are closed, aggressive when open.

• Performance-Oriented: Optimized flow for sharper throttle response and improved tone.

Technical Highlights

• Weight Savings: 34.8 lbs lighter than stock.

• Precision TIG Welding: Hand-built for strength and beauty.

• Reversible Design: 100% bolt-on, return to stock anytime.

• OEM Valve Control: No compromisesfactory operation retained.
